What is the extent of the reasonable accommodation and appropriate measures that an Irish employer is obliged to take for an employee with a disability? This video looks at section section 16 (3) and (4) of Employment Equality act 1998 to see what measures the employer must take. The case referred to in the video, Nano Nagle School -v- Daly, has been in the Labour Court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court.
